 The codes 's purpose Is to identify the key principles guiding our professional conduct.it also provides guidance for practice and personal dilemmas in our conduct of research and practice. It is known that the codes are intended to assist professionals in resolving conflicts as they  arise in practice with children and families and with other colleagues. the three things I feel that are meaningful to me would be 1. Recognize that children and adults achieve their full potential in the context of relationships that are based on trust and respect. 2. Respect diversity in children, families, and colleague. 3. Appreciate childhood as a unique and valuable stage of the human life cycle.

These guidelines will help me in my professional career dealing with kids. being able to allow kids and families to be identified with teachers that be leave in respecting the child, not allowing the family to fill that there Is trust In the system. dealing with my children I know that It Important  to demonstrate in our behavior and language .Respect and appreciate the value and human potential of each child. As a teacher these guideline will allow me to focus on being a good teacher in my profession. It also w ill lead and guide me in the right direction to build a relationship with my kids and there families.

In my opinion Early child hood teacher education is in a sense of a microcosm of a struggle to become humane ,decent, and nurturing . we are taught that early childhood teachers are to create the needed resources for fro promoting a caring ethic in our society, that what i would work on in my future for my children as well as there families. This has also taught me that connecting with other professionals in the early childhood  that interact with children and families ,make sure we know that showing good and professional leadership , it constructs that it is  based on caring is achievable in early childhood education.
